Originally from France, Golnar spent a decade working as an in-house counsel for a multinational company in Asia, the Middle East, and across Europe, before founding A&H Legal Ltd. Over the years, Golnar has built a dual expertise in commercial and compliance matters, with a significant focus on negotiating complex infrastructure contracts and designing effective compliance programmes.

Joseph

Legal Consultant

Joseph is a senior projects lawyer and contract manager who has started his carreer in a law
firm in Paris before working for various industrial international groups like Alstom, GE, EDF,
Shell as an inhouse lawyer.
He has extensive experience in renewable energies, particularly offshore wind and solar and
has been involved in drafting and negotiating large EPC contracts and setting up project
finance.
He also has skills in dispute resolutions and claims management as well as intellectual
property and employment law.
He is a results-oriented lawyer and business partner.

Véronique

Senior Legal Consultant

Véronique is senior transactional lawyer who has worked in international industrial groups such as Alstom, Suez Environment, and General Electric. She has an extensive international experience in the setting-up and contractual performance of large infrastructure and energy projects. She was also involved for years in the structuring, drafting, and negotiations of international M&A and joint ventures. She has experience in leadership, client & supplier negotiations, contract drafting, risks assessment and in contract and claim management. She is a result driven lawyer with excellent communication and issues-solving skills.
