  • Regulated legal activities: It is understood by you that A&H does not provide reserved legal activities as defined by the Legal Services Act 2007. A&H Legal Ltd. is not itself authorised or regulated by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority and, as such, its professional indemnity insurance is not held on the same minimum terms and conditions of cover as are stipulated by the SRA.   • The Terms of Use and all issues regarding this website are governed by English law and all disputes shall be determined exclusively by the English Courts.
